Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that can be received in person or virtually. Reiki promotes the body's own natural healing abilities by channeling life force energy (Ki) from Source through the practitioner and into the person receiving Reiki. Deep relaxation helps the nervous system come to rest and allows Ki to move freely, removing blockages, balancing energy centers, and promoting general mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
